I have never experienced the worst place, I've been trying to get my kids birth certificates from them for almost a year and magically they disappeared. I'm fuming and the fact that they have them but use the excuse and say they don't pisses me off even more. How can someone you are supposed to trust with birth certificates say they don't have them. All I want is to have them back!!!!!!
