The Good: Work was done well and everything is working. The Bad: First appointment was cancelled and moved to a later time and date. For the second appointment, the technician was supposed to be here between 10AM and Noon. Technician did not show and I had to call the office. They apologized and said the technician would be there between 2:30PM and 3PM. He showed up shortly after 3PM. I plan to take $50 off my reimbursement to Connolly for the two missed appointments. After a smooth install for a new furnace last year, I opted to return to Connolly for a new air conditioner. Different equipment but same quality experience!!! Highly recommend Connolly for your needs!!!
