This was a total rip off. I was charged $413.00 for a heater inspection and repair that was performed in about 30 minutes of labor and no parts were involved. This is over $800 per hour of labor on an hourly basis.The technician was 2 hours late. He did repair the problem and was very professional but a labor charge that is equivalent to $800 per hour is extremely excessive 11/12/25.
