Awesome place amazing drs with mental health knowledge
Dr Callum Lamont is absolutely brilliant he actually talks to you in a way you under stand . He is definitely one of the most thorough doctors I've ever seen and i would highly recommend him to anyone. The young nurse they have is also very well versed in what she does and is very gentle she rates a high recommendation to .
Booked 2 weeks in advance to see Dr. The day before they rang to informed us the Dr was not available and couldn't take the appointment booked.
Wad on hold to book an appointment for 15min. I gave up.
Disappointed to say the least! I recently registered at this practice, not reading the reviews. My consultation with Dr Jackson Payne was fine. Over the last few weeks, I became unwell with Blood Glucose readings high, and BP of 190/75. I tried to change or reschedule my appointment which was 2 weeks away to no avail. I rang daily for cancellations etc, but no luck. In the end, desperation and with advice from telephone helpline, they noted my symptoms and advised immediate visit to Emergency Department at Joondalup hospital... read more
