These guys try to charge twice even though I could prove I've paid.And they want me to prove to them I've paid when they accused me of not paying .Then when I was proven right the staff member got all moody when I kept cool calm and collective.Entitled people wasting honest peoples time. My Doctor was great tho and online booking service I am also happy with. Very convenient.

Have been attending here since 2014. It has gone steadily downhill since Drs Viviers, Jones, Mellor and Pyne and nurse Debbie have gone. Had an urgent recall as have suspected cancer in my child, my doc is no longer there and they won’t give me recall info to take to Dr Pyne at different practice. Proof they are not about health, they are about $$. Don’t waste your time.

During the short time my husband and I have been cared for by Dr Callum Lamont, we have found that he is an exceptional Doctor. His friendly manner puts one at ease. With attention to detail, respectful, clear and understandable information sharing, reasonable goal setting, we felt our health was in good hands. We are devastated that he has left Connolly Drive Medical Centre. Our loss, someone else's gain.

The way I was spoken today over the phone today by a Dr was appalling , I have been a patient there for years and was happy but I will not be back , reception also didnt pass in a message to Dr either , its gone terribly downhill . I have anxiety and history of depression and the way I was treated today affected me . So dissapointed , appalled and no sympathy, understanding or lack of care .Do better
