I have to write this because CD have really negatively affected someone I care about since treating them. They will now suffer long-term because of Dr Lilly's lack of care for a patient and Connolly Dental's gaslighting of any accountability for major concerns regarding the treatment and post-care. It is disturbing that people who come across so caring at first can treat a kind and trusting paying customer like absolute garbage because they do a terrible job. I have been on my Invisalign journey since late July and wow what a difference already in such a short amount of time. I wished I had acted sooner!! Dr Lily is amazing and her staff are just so lovely. It’s a beautiful, calm space. I highly recommend visiting this place hands down. Couldn’t be happier! Thanks again Team xx
I can’t give more than 5 stars or I would. I saw quite a few cosmetic dentists before I saw and decided to go with Dr Lily. Not only is she amazing at what she does, she’s the most gentle, kind and amazing person. From my first visit to my last, I’ve been nothing but comfortable. Had a great (as great as a tooth extraction can be haha) experience with Dr Tilt yesterday. Had a pretty complex issue but Andrew made it all very calming and easy and I felt very taken care of. From the reception to all the dental staff everyone is so friendly and welcoming and create a very safe space. I was shown everything so I was able to understand and make my own choices but supported in whatever one I made. Thanks guys for making a pretty rough experience feel not so bad haha :)
One of the best decisions I have made for myself ever! I’ve never been happy with my smile and I did a lot of research into dentists/cosmetic dentists both here and overseas.
