Very happy! Carpet cleaning was one of those things that we kept meaning to get around to, but putting off. We realized it was really time when getting a new sofa, and wanting to have the carpets done while the old couch was out, before placing the new one. Not a good fit for me. Will use another.
Do not trust them. I booked Connoisseur three months ago to clean our carpets before our daughter’s wedding. I had used them before, and they had always moved furniture and throw rugs aside, cleaned our carpets, then returned them to their proper place. I was not told anything about the policy having changed, but this time they refused to move a thing. After I had moved everything myself as the tech stood by and watched me, I commented that this new policy of theirs meant I wouldn’t be able to use them again. He walked out. ... read more
I own a carpet cleaning business in Nevada since 2009, I had a issue with swirls in one room of carpet, I sent a text to Mike, he looked at my photos, and immediately diagnosed a deformed spray jet, he suggested I try a different head attachment with a brush on it and said to do small sections at a time. Long story short, Mike helped me fix the carpet & saved me from having to replace it.
