Absolutely Awful. I went into this place today to get something notarized. What I found was the TV blaring so loud you could not hear yourself think, and 2 women in the back room who failed to say a word to me when I entered, even though they both turned and looked right at me and then continued their cackling and loud conversation in Spanish.
