no rating the worst place The worst experience .This is my first dog I read a lot of about the breed of my dog before I bought him.I want that he first hair cut was done for a professional that see in the job not one more dog .I made a big mistake taking my dog to this place, the owner talked to me I explained her that I want a long hair cut she did whatever she wants to do she cut his hair so much that my dog look so different even after my request , On the other hand they charge so much $90 for a small dog and for the wors... read more

Okay At first, when we got our dog back from Connie's, we thought she had been trimmed much too short, but then we realized that it may have been best for our dog because of the Texas heat, and that the groomer may have known best. Our experience here was okay.

Connie's Groom N Board is not a groomer Very disappointed. We dropped off our two yorkies at 7:30 a.m. and they weren't ready until 3:30 p.m. Never had to leave them anywhere that long. When we picked them up, they had shaved both almost to the skin. We had explained that one had a few matts in her hips and to cut them out if necessary, but had no inclination that they would shave them so short. Looked like a PetSmart haircut. Definitely won't go back.
