My experience at this place was the most draining event of the year for me. My 13 yr old son went in March to get ingrown toenails removed on both his big toes. However the podiatrist removed almost his whole nail leaving a small nail plate and when the nail started to grow back it started cutting the side walls of his big toe causing the flesh to get inflamed and swell leaving painful soft tissue exposed on his big toes. We waited four weeks to have an appointment with Dr. Wong to correct my son's ingrown toe nail that she supposedly "permanently" fixed a year earlier. Upon arrival, were told that they obtained no authorization from insurance and wanted to charge me $375.00 to correct the ingrown toe nail with yet another "permanent" procedure. I received no phone call regarding a lack of authorization prior to the appointment. The lack of courtesy and competence in the front office is unacceptable.
