I want to start by saying that Dr. Connie Lavoie herself may be a very capable chiropractor. Unfortunately, our experience with her office staff — specifically the office manager, Kirsten — was so unprofessional that it completely overshadowed any potential benefit of the care. Kirsten was extremely sassy, snarky, and dismissive in her interactions, which is entirely inappropriate for a medical setting. Inept, inaccurate insurance billing. Charged me a misquoted, exorbitant amount before even billing my insurance first. Check your insurance for accuracy. Ineffective, inept, simplistic (activator only) chiropractic adjustment. I was not helped and was still in pain afterwards and had to go to a different chiropractor in town for fast relief. I would never recommend Lavoi to anyone!
