I am 27 almost 28 years old and I have been seeing Dr butler for over 10 years. Well I made an appointment over 6 months ago because I really need tests ran so I can get the physical help I need and apply for disability however the receptionist called me today and told me Dr butler won't be in office on the day of my appointment and that she won't be back until march?! Very personable doctor but don’t try and get her to refill a prescription! My grandmother who is on hospice has been waiting 3 days for an inhaler refill! It’s sad because the pharmacy has faxed it 3 times and she really need this medication!!
She's been my doctor for several years but I've never met her.
She neglected to tell us there was a high chance our son could be born with multiple birth defects all because of abnormality in the pregnancy she waited until there was no chance to test for defects before even mentioning the single artery umbilical chord which could cause all these problems. Had several issues with her during appointments cause she was always trying to rush us out the door without truly explaining what was going on.
