Dr. Lai is one of the most professional and courteous orthodontist I’ve gone to ! My past experience at my original orthodontist office wasn’t all that well so I made the switch over and it was the best decision ever. I feel so confident with my new smile all thanks to Dr. Lai ! <3

Dr. Lai is a phenomenal orthodontist! I was 28 years old when I decided it was time to fix my smile, as I was an adamant thumb sucker for almost 30 years. She was amazing in treatment planning my case. She was very thorough and diligent in explaining the timeframe and the work that needed to go into straightening my teeth.
