I was treated for Lyme for the second time in my life by Dr Smith a few years ago. She was wonderful to me. She doesn’t believe in treating everyone who assumes they have Lyme and I respect that. She believed in me and I’m glad she did. She gave me my life back.
After months of waiting for an appointment for my daughter with Lyme we received a phone call the day of stating that they don’t take new patients at 2:30 in the afternoon. She would need to reschedule another month out! They scheduled another appointment for a month out! They called 2 days ago and confirmed this appointment! How do you cancel an appointment the day of that has been scheduled months??? Because you don’t want to see patients after 2:30!
