When I think of a local insurance provider, I think of someone that tries to make you feel like a valued customer. Well that is how it was when I started my policy but, when my home was no longer owner occupied you would think I would get a call with options or at least something to say that they can't cover you anymore but no not even an email, just a letter of non renewal a month before my coverage ended. Leaving me to figure out what to do next. Really not a great way to end the relationship. I was very disappointed.
