The staff at this allergy office is very nice and efficient. The billing and accounts department is also extremely helpful — especially Maria, who was so kind and took the time to clearly explain all the account information to us. We really appreciate the great service and care here!
I’m convinced after my personal experience and now reading the reviews.. any positive reviews are fake in an attempt to offset the real reviews which tell the truth about Dr Hsu and her staff. These are not healthcare professionals. They don’t care about patients. They only care about money and getting you out of the office as quickly as possible. You best be ready to put up and shut up.
