I had the unfortunate need to use this bail bonds service recently, and I am beyond disappointed. From the start, the staff was unprofessional and rude. They were not helpful in explaining the process clearly and seemed more interested in rushing me through rather than offering any support or understanding. The fees they charged were much higher than I was initially told, and they tried to add on hidden costs at the last minute.
