Be Careful – I filed Bankruptcy Last year in 2009 of June. All of my debt was unsecured so I had to file for a chapter 7. I was told that the Trustee couldn't ask for anything after the date of filing my bankruptcy with the court. WRONG The trustee asked for a bank statement that was after my filing date I asked why he needed it and they couldn't answer me.
