Lacey Harmer was a laser supplier for many years that our company used for our OEM needs. Once Connexus absorbed Lacey Harmer the customer service went down hill. We wrote this review because at this point July 2022 we can hardly get any service at all from this company. They have changed to a calling center method of interaction, and my ability to contact a person that knows what's going on is literally not possible any longer. We will be looking elsewhere for our future laser needs.
