Bad customer service especially on the phone
Hard to get thru to customer service, had to call multiple times, held for almost 30min. Representatives provided me wrong information. And they closed my account without notifying me prior. I highly recommend using a different credit union.
they didnt notify me of maturing ira cd. I missed date by 10 days. I ask them to let me transfer it without penalty, because Im old, I was busy prior month filing for retirement, only 10 days, they didnt notify me, I wanted to transfer it to another of their CDs, Ive been with then for years and have several accounts with them, Ive never asked before. Still they refused.
Worst company EVER. My husband passed away 9 months ago and Connexus Credit Union has been awful. They can not answer any of my questions. Employees have been VERY rude along with laughing at me at times. They do not return calls, have transfered me to 10 different people all whom have no answer to my questions. They have left me in limbo for 9 months with no answer still. You cannot contact anyone in charge at Connexus. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
