Worst company EVER. My husband passed away 9 months ago and Connexus Credit Union has been awful. They can not answer any of my questions. Employees have been VERY rude along with laughing at me at times. They do not return calls, have transfered me to 10 different people all whom have no answer to my questions. They have left me in limbo for 9 months with no answer still. You cannot contact anyone in charge at Connexus. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

After holding for 30 minutes and transferred two to three times I asked if my checking account was approved. No e-mail, and probably wait 5 to 10 business days to see I was declined by getting a letter in the mail instead of sending an e-mail. It has been the only credit union to decline me. I am glad they declined me because they are a horrible business. F-

Attempted to join the credit union as part of their advertised high rate CD. Online process was difficult. They couldn't verify my identity. Instead of having the courtesy to respond to an email or phone call like the online portal said they would within 1-3 business days - they just a send a letter stating denied. No attempt to verify anything. Nothing. If you are that bad with a new client, I would hate to think about the service for current ones.
