Attempted to join the credit union as part of their advertised high rate CD. Online process was difficult. They couldn't verify my identity. Instead of having the courtesy to respond to an email or phone call like the online portal said they would within 1-3 business days - they just a send a letter stating denied. No attempt to verify anything. Nothing. If you are that bad with a new client, I would hate to think about the service for current ones.

Paid off a loan in full, still waiting over 10 days for them to release the title. What a joke!
I have a car loan through this bank and lord I wish I didn’t. My family has fallen on hard times this year I have tried to apply for the hardship program they have 3 separate times to help lower monthly payments.so I could work getting bills paid down and off. I have been denied all three times because I don’t have enough income which is ridiculous in my opinion why else would I need a hardship. If I had enough to go around I wouldn’t need a hardship in the first place.
