Whenever I need to go to Connextcare to see Dr. Miller, the front desk staff is always pleasant and helpful as well as the nurses and the folks who take payment. My prescriptions are easily filled using their phone service if I have a question about my care or Bill I almost always get a return phone call within a day. Maybe once they were extremely busy right after Covid and were a little backed up, but they were very apologetic and helpful! This company offers no real support for new employees — management seems more interested in pushing people out than helping them grow. Leadership is ineffective, with Stephanie (HR) standing out as a clear example of poor management. If this is what passes for leadership, it’s no surprise turnover is so high.
