Absolutely impossible to get a hold of anyone. ON HOLD endlessly even though only one in the queue. The patient portal also doesn't work so super frustrated with this practice. UGH!!
I'd go somewhere else if I could. It's the worst. Your wait times are longer than your appointment times. They'll charge you for being late but make you wait 45 minutes. And you may have something wrong with you, but they act like you're no different from them. Like I have PTSD. Can't be in vehicles because I was blown up. But these people constantly try to set up appointments outside of town. I'd give 0 stars if I could. Sesspool
