Doctors and staff know what they are doing and the wait times are great
I would love to give a huge shout out to the staff at the Mexico high school SBHC. My son was in need of multiple pages of paperwork filled out for his summer employment and we were given very little notice to have them completed. I called the SBHC and they reassured me they could get it all taken care of ASAP. They got us in within 2 days, gave him his physical and completed all of his paperwork. Connectcare has been my Dental care provider for a number of years and I have been pleased with their services. Generally, I am able to get an appointment quickly when needed. The reception staff are friendly and very accommodating. The facility itself is immaculately clean and well-maintained. I am very pleased with the quality of service and would recommend Connectcare Dentist service to a friend.
Whomever was assigned to call me & reschedule an appointment was horrible. She mentioned the doctor "would not be in again today." This was unnecessary to say, and frankly none of my business. I, then, asked for some understanding and creativity with perhaps keeping my appt., regardless. She said she can do nothing, nor reach out to anyone else to see me today for a "Weigh in."
