Update to my original review; I have seen a significant positive change to the attitude and courtesy of the people taking phone calls! First-my doctor and her nurse are amazing! My experience other than that, horrible. The individuals that answer the phone are rude, disrespectful and not helpful. I was asked to return a phone call to my doctor’s nurse. ATTN PATIENTS WITH MENTAL ILLNESSES OR NEURODIVERGENCE THIS IS NOT THE PLACE FOR ACCURATE DIAGNOSIS. I will explain why. They misdiagnosed me, treated me with the wrong medication and then labeled me as a “drug seeker”. What I actually am is a woman that survived prolonged CSA who suffers from CPTSD, adhd, autism and ocd. They diagnosed me with anxiety and gave me Xanax.
