We love having Kevin Peterson as "our guy" when we have questions. I emailed him yesterday and he responded pretty quickly but then he followed up with a phone call almost before I could read his email response...he is extremely knowledgeable and professional. None better in the business as far as we are concerned.
I must say navigating Medicare in this day and age is quite frightening. Even if you think you know everything, there is always something new on the horizon.
