Member services is really bad, and the Assistant Vice President of Member Services is rude and doesn’t implement active listening. She told me there is no one else to speak to but her. Unprofessional and unethical!
Customer service on the phone is unprofessional, they act annoyed when you call, and yawn and cough like you woke them up. When I have gone inside the physical branch, they are often offline, saying that the system is down. This used to be a great Credit Union, but I think Im going to look for a new one.
