My window was accidentally broken by my friend. I set an appointment with this company, they said they were sooo busy and booked that it would be 8 days before they can even come out to look at it and that they’d call before, totally understandable. I get home from work 2 days after the call and their van is infront of my house with no people in or around it. So I call them, and the lady says they can work on it today. This is the place to call if you feel like wasting your time and don’t want to receive a quote back. They spent a good time at the initial appointment looking at our windows and measuring our windows as we were considering replacing or repair if possible. They seemed knowledgeable and he said he would get us a quote the following week. It has been 6 weeks and we have called 3 times to try and get a quote for the work we need done.
