came to visit and find somewhere to stay for next year, found the park very enjoyable, very friendly residents, staff very nice. many many activities daily enjoyed it so much we purchased a double wide home, looking forward to going back this winter, and spending the winter with our new friends.

basically dirty, smelly and rundown.....staff is okay until after they get your $$.....several better choices out there.
Poor service , frequently dirty , after they get your $$ , you are neglected....until it is time for more $$$. AVOID
Been here for 20 years, No complaints.... Come to relax. Could "MAYBE" be better but it might cost more.
