Rayne Water Services of Santa Cruz is AWESOME! The reception was caring and helpful. Quick appointments and helpful information. Specifically I want to mention my technician, Carlos. He was courteous, communicated very well, explained things, helped me learn about the water system and did a very thorough job. Carlos was also very kind and caring. He got the job done and followed through with things to maintain in the meantime. Thank you Carlos of Rayne Water. Super grateful.
Rayne of Santa Cruz's Carlos Ahumada installed our new Warrior water system last week. The installation was smooth and all is running well. Carlos is capable, efficient, and very nice. He answered our many questions (I asked ChatGPT for a list). We are confident all will go well and look forward to working with him and the Rayne of Santa Cruz team for our maintenance in the years to come.
I have had a Rayne water softener for years now, and I have been always impressed with the company. The rare issues I have had were dealt with promptly, and it is so nice to get a real human when you call on the phone. I would particularly like to mention the service from Hector, my delivery driver. He is consistent, professional, quick and hard working. I heartily recommend Rayne.
Have been with Conner Water Systems/Rayne Water since 1996 and they have always provided great service! We are on well water and we have used their softener and reverse osmosis (under-the-sink) system for over 20 years. Our latest service call was handled by Ismael Romero - he's handled many of our annual maintenance calls over these many years and he's always prompt, efficient and very professional in servicing our system. Friendly and helpful employees at Rayne! Ismael came out for an estimate and again for installation for a portable exchange tank service for water softening at my home. So pleased with their thoroughness and professionalism. Previously had Culligan and had nothing but problems and headaches with them. So pleased with my service with Rayne.
