I have had a Rayne water softener for years now, and I have been always impressed with the company. The rare issues I have had were dealt with promptly, and it is so nice to get a real human when you call on the phone. I would particularly like to mention the service from Hector, my delivery driver. He is consistent, professional, quick and hard working. I heartily recommend Rayne.
Have been with Conner Water Systems/Rayne Water since 1996 and they have always provided great service! We are on well water and we have used their softener and reverse osmosis (under-the-sink) system for over 20 years. Our latest service call was handled by Ismael Romero - he's handled many of our annual maintenance calls over these many years and he's always prompt, efficient and very professional in servicing our system. Been using these guys for over 10 years now. Great service from my driver Hector! Trust them to access my garage and make sure everything is done correctly and secure when they leave. Highly recommend.
Everything about these folks has been great. Most recently, Ishmael did a fabulous job and went above and beyond what was required to get me up and running. In the past, Howard has proven to be one of the most knowledgeable water system experts I've ever seen. Way better than previous so called experts I've worked with. I can't recommend all of them too highly.
