A local competitor had quoted me $5K to replace my home water softener since they wouldn't service it anymore (too old they said). Howard from Rayne came out, tested the existing system for free, told me the system was high quality and should last and they could rebuild parts if needed (it wasn't), fixed the not-up-to-code (non existent) air gap, and gave my kid a quick science lesson. So glad I waited for this appointment
Been customers for many years; they are an outstanding group of folks to work with in all areas! They go above and beyond (coming out to check on equipment, reset timers, etc.), deliveries are on time and our water is wonderful. We highly recommend them.

This business is place that treats people with respect and help u in need my battery was dead needed a jump not even a customer they still were caring enough to help a person in need if I had a need for soft water u no who I would call thank you for your hospitality
