If you start receiving at 7:00, you need to start actually unloading at 7:00. There’s absolutely no reason why drivers should be waiting around for over an hour before they get pulled back especially if they’re the first one. Way to screw over a drivers day. You already open late for a lumber yard, don’t make it worse.
