If you start receiving at 7:00, you need to start actually unloading at 7:00. There’s absolutely no reason why drivers should be waiting around for over an hour before they get pulled back especially if they’re the first one. Way to screw over a drivers day. You already open late for a lumber yard, don’t make it worse.

Stay away drivers - Been here since 1052 - it’s now 1216 and I only have two bundles of wood- Been to window two times I call at 1200 they say we go on lunch at 1145 I told them well I been here before that- HE SAY WE ARE BUSY I SAID IT WAS ME AND 1 truck here now I’m sitting out here with four new arrivals- THEN HE SAY WE DO APPOINTMENTS - told him well I been here delivering for 3 yrs and never had one- TRASH FOR DRIVERS
