Don’t expect any real help here. I recommend saving yourself the hassle and skipping this business. I spoke with both a tech and secretary who took my information, only to never receive a call back. In addition, they wouldn’t even answer calls from my number. If they didn’t want to do the job, they couldve had the balls to just say so. Perhaps a repair service call is not lucrative enough for this outfit. My money is green too I promise.
Some work for me in past,did a ok job, don't seem very happy, called them again but obviously to busy called someone else
