Terrible experience!! They are greedy for claims and care very little for the individual. The receptionist, Lisa, is especially rude. Overpriced hearing aids and disrespectful about privacy policy. They should be reported to HIPPA for a total breach of information. I would recommend Simpy Hear, in Bremerton. Don’t put yourself through this disaster.
We were going to be late for the appointment, so I called to let them know and was told they will be able to see us at 3:00
