Reliable guys and always on time to appointments. Always prompt answer to any question. Mike offered different options in scope to a repair depending on budget and urgency as welll as payment options. Very transparent in terms of cost and proactive with mid term savings. Careful and technical high knowledge and ready to explain in friendly terms to a non expert user. Customer for more than a year. Happy customer!!
Very impressed with the level of service and repairs! I had some outlets that didn't quite fit into my new kitchen backsplash and the outlets in my bathroom quit working. Mike arrived early and was wonderful to work with. He completed the repairs quickly, efficiently and the price was extremely reasonable. I was very pleasantly surprised! Hired Sullivan Electrical Services to troubleshoot a number of different outlets that no longer worked in our home. Communication was very good with text messages informing Mike would be at our home within 20 minutes which he arrived during our scheduled window. Mike was very good and found and fixed all my issues quickly. He took the time to explain what was wrong and what he did to fix it. Very professional and knowledgeable.
If we could give Sullivan Electrical Services a 10 we would. The electrician responded to the request through Google after the first electrician did not show up. He showed up, requested to come early, was extraordinarily respectful of my home and family. His work was impeccable, he confirmed understanding of the requests, demonstrated all was working when it was complete and asked if everything was done to our satisfaction.
Sullivan Electrical Services sent their technician Tom out to do a consultation on doing some rewiring on a generator system at one of my commercial properties. I appreciated his expertise. I learned a lot from him and the system we have at this particular site. I'm looking forward to getting back an estimate for the work we are hoping to have done based on his consultation.
