My husband and I are so pleased with the service we received at Conner Drafting. This our second time using them and we can't say enough how happy we are with our blue prints. Sean and Anne-Marie were able to translate our vision of our dream home into our final floor plans with ease. We received regular communication with updates throughout the entire planning process. Conner Drafting & Design went above and beyond for the Holmes project. They worked with us from start to finish. We had a few issues with pender county planning and CD&D even helped us with that part of the project. If you have any drafting needs and you are not using CD&D then your wasting time and money..... Thank You Again

The staff was incredibly responsive and a joy to work with. We came in with ideas of what we wanted and came out with a custom designed floor plan. Anne-Marie was very knowledgeable and gave us lots of input as to what direction we could go with things as well as what would and would not work for our plan. I have recommended them and will continue to recommend them to others. Conner Drafting & Design is a small town local business offering top notch service and design.
