I went in and described the problem I was having with my HP laptop. The gentleman at the desk offered his service and had it fixed the same day! My laptop is working like new and I saved so much money not having to purchase a new one. Speedy service at an amazing price! 10/10 recommend. Thanks again!

I brought my computer to Conner and described specifically what the symptom was (suddenly started being very slow even after a reboot, but task manager didn't show high load). They called me and said that they didn't see a problem; that it was just an old computer. When I explained again that the problem had started suddenly, and that it was not the gradual degradation that I would expect to see as my computer gets older, they seemed confused.
