Brought my car in not knowing what was the real problem just hinted at a transmission issue. They looked at the car as a doctor would a patient and treated the symptoms I was experiencing. I went to four other shops on the way here and they all said things about my vehicle possibly this and that while these guys recognize the issue through troubleshooting and fixed it. I am so grateful to Randy. I can call him at any time day or night regarding any vehicle I have. I have three daughters that drive. Inevitably there is is maintenance. I only use him! At the end of the day developing a relationship with an honest ethical mechanic as a woman is so important I can’t thank him and his team enough for always being available to us and doing great work with very reasonable prices. I've been a long time customer, 15 years or more. My experiences here are always the same. I try to call for an appointment (if I can), drop off my car, I get a call when it's done. Always done in a timely manner. Always professional. I have never worried that too much or too little was being done.
