Fricken rad , did Molly with the President of the H.O.A
Owned a condo here and it was terrible because of the people that run the Board. Not a friendly or nice place. Beautiful location, ugly atmosphere. Very obnoxious, entitled, spiteful and awful human beings. Made us miserable every single day. Glad to be out of that hellhole. What a shame! It could be a great building if not for association that is running it.
Terrible Board of Directors. Lived there for 2 years and hated every minute. Restrictions, stupidity, politics and they just make your life miserable. Glad I sold it. It’s a shame because the building and location are excellent but the people are just awful. Mean and arrogant.
Beautiful place in the front I f the Ocean. Very clean.
