IF YOU DON'T DO THOSE THINGS IN 30 DAYS YOU GET AN EVICTION NOTICE EVEN IF YOU OWN YOUR OWN HOME. the things they want you to fix can vary from resideing your whole trailer to growing grass. 3-RENT GOES UP 40 EVERY YEAR. yest the kids playground looks like crap. PLEASE PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH
Wonderful to work with fern and her husband super nice friendly and on the ball with things haven't moved in yet but in the next week or so had 2 homes i was looking at kinda out of my budget but fern showed me one that was 10000 cheaper right within my budget could nt be more pleased
