I was hypnotized (or traumatized) by Kristin Rivas using this Rapid Resolution Therapy and it did the exact opposite of whats promised. It felt like I was living in two different time periods of my life and reliving every traumatic experience of my entire life, even things I forgot about from 30 years ago, all came back over and over again.
