I had a very poor experience with the Slough lettings branch. After being told on 15th September that my tenancy would not be going ahead due to reasons beyond my control, I should have received my holding deposit back within 7 days, as required by law. Instead, I was repeatedly given incorrect timelines and little to no communication from the branch.
