Unprofessional and unresponsive. This company ghosted me after Nicole asked me to send photos of my twisted deck post and saying that she would get back to me. It's been over a month since I emailed her and no response from both myself and my dad calling her last week. I also reached out to another dept and left a voicemail and didn't receive a callback either. One of our deck posts is twisted and I am trying to figure out the cause as well as a quote for a repair.
