They do things you express you don't want to do (that can harm your case), as lawyer's they should be thinking of the long term and not the short term win.. They don't listen to you and encourage an outcome that best suites them. They don't budget. They spend the highest amount of money on things that you may pay the price for in the end.
I called this place desperate for help. I took alot of time answering their questions and providing requested documentation in preparation for a consult. Had the consult but the attorney didn't leave enough time for us to cover most important parts so we scheduled another consult.... When it came time for that consult, there was no call, no canceling, no explanation of why this happened this way... There are not enough words to describe how wonderful my experience with Catherine was. She and her legal assistants were so attentive . I was an overwhelmed, defeated mom ,desperate to get her child the help he needed. They helped me every step of the way , explaining every single thing so I could understand, because they knew at that point I was drained and struggling to absorb any new information.
