Phil has never been pushy but always gave me the importance of what he was offering. The latest hail damage incident was taken care of by Phil Connell. He set everything up and then gave me the specific details that i needed to get it done. Phil is someone that I feel comfortable sending my friends to. I know that he will take care of his clients.
