Very dishonest sales model: provide almost no information to bring 'em in, and, when that doesn't work, explain something about managerial policy or vehicle status. It's a "sucker's play". I do not recommend this dealership... !
I purchased a 2023 dodge charger in early 2026. Zach (the salesman) was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was very responsive and willing to answer any questions I had. He was a very personable and honest person. He made the buying process very easy. Karen (finance) was great. She was also very knowledgeable and wanted to help me make informed decisions. She presented all the options and made recommendations based on the circumstances. Karen is also very honest and personable. Overall a positive buying experience.
They sold my girlfriend a car with a critical defect in the transmission that had been recalled over the transmission and didn't even bother to mention it, now the car is bricked and we're left with the bill because she was shown the car fax and told that was previous repairs not an outstanding issue
