If i can give a zero I would. I waited over an hour for a tow. They sent me a text way beyond an hour telling me they couldn't find me. Dude, I sent a pin with my location and said Panda Express parking lot, come on now. Will never call them in the future!!!!!
LIARS AND DECEITFUL. This company does not care about your property. All they care about is their profits. So here’s the story, my truck was hit by a deer and USAA dispatch them to pick up my truck at my residence to take to a collision shop. Since it was the end of the day, I called and spoke to Stephanie, who I think is their receptionist. I told her it’s the end of the day and the shop is closed. Where are they taking my truck to?
