In November 2016, I bought a 2016 Dodge Journey Crossroad from Connell Dodge Chrysler. The sales team at the time was good to deal with. As I bought my SUV in the beginning of the winter, I also bought snow tires from the dealer. In the spring of 2017, I put on brand new all seasons that came with the car. Aaron was very helpful, and trading of my car to a new car went smooth and quick with the help of finance manger .
First and last! Don't recommend buying from here. I'm pretty sure they hand delivered our paperwork to the bank. Very slow processing everything. Took it back for service (undercoating etc) & told them about a shake. They took way longer than they said, didnt cheack out the shake and left undercoating crap everywhere on our car. We won't return.
