I had terrible service at another branch trying to get details so I can move my sizeble money market from my bank to connects when the manager at hanover Doreen called me and sold me on the features of connects. I signed up at her place. She is excellent at serving customers. She is now like a 🧡 friend.
These people are incompetent. Went to open another account a trustee account. Brought all legal documents had the gold seal and the lady told me it wasn’t notarized. Then they wanted this and that. Mind you I called a few weeks before coming to ask what was needed. Today five hours later no accounts and was given my money back from my other account and will be going back tomorrow to shut another one down. Completely disappointing experience! I have an account with a Co Op Credit Union in CA. I went in to this Connects branch (which I have done in the past) to deposit a check from Navy Fed CU. The teller accepted my deposit and handed me a receipt. 20 minutes after I left, I received a phone call that they made a mistake, and since it was a 3rd party check (even though it was properly endorsed) they could not accept it, and wanted me to return to get the check.
