I would definitely recommend connective stretching if your having issues trying to get your mobility back or if you’re feeling like your having a set back in your flexibility. Jeannie really focuses on stretching and caring for those muscles. She will help you get to your flexibility goals and get those splits!(for you pole Fitness people like myself).

I am truly enjoying my experience at Connective Stretching. I am a senior citizen and Jeannie is very patient and knowledgeable in knowing what I need and helping me to achieve the goals we set together. It is so pleasant having an instructor who cares and really enjoys what she does.

I LOVE the classes offered by Connective Stretching! Jeannie is so attentive, knowledgeable, and patient! I am uncoordinated at times, and have injuries I have to work with, and Jeannie ALWAYS takes the time to help me, or develop an alternative stretch that won’t aggravate my injuries. You could not ask for a better instructor or classes! ❤️❤️
