DO NOT USE - their contract SEEMS to be for 3 years BUT in the fine print is automatically renews for ANOTHER 3 years unless you send them written notification in advance. THEN they want you to pay for the remainder of that next 3 years if you want to cancel. AND their service isnt good.
Connective Home Acquisition is a great company to deal with. They came to my home and installed my alarm system and then set me up with a Sony TV and mounted it properly, even hiding the wirers. I had a bad experience before with another company and Connective helped me out. I also found out that ACA is not associated with Connective Home Acquisition.
We have had this service for over a year and they still cannot get it together to mail our bill to the correct address. I have been trying to cancel my service and it has been a nightmare due to their so called "policies". Make sure you read the fine print because they will not disclose any information!! I would definitely not recommend their services!!!!!
