I have been in the senior care and hospice space in the upstate for several years now and I have seen the good that Heather does in our communities with Connections to Care. They are providing services to the very most underserved of our communities and should be commended for it. Thank you Heather and team! (Also, as a side note and in response to a previous review, and as someone who actually has completed several dozen Medicaid applications before, even the simplest Medicaid applications can take months to get ironed out.... read more

I am absolutely offended that you guys charge $500 to help an older adult complete a Medicaid application. This is a legalized scam set out to exploit vulnerable adults. As an advocate for this population, I am superbly bothered.

The best place to assist in meeting the needs of aged loved ones who prefer to receive services at home! Heather, the owner, is super knowledgeable in aged care!
