Always greeted with a friendly smile at the front desk. Working with Jeanna has been not only productive, but a pleasure.
My PCP had prescribed urgent PT to address a potential spine problem. Contacting the Harvard Connections facility, they were able to fit me into their schedule. Given "outcome" is my primary measure of quality, Connections has been a five star success. John has not only improved my condition but has also cheerfully answered my broad array of questions and offered very useful insights. The office staff are also friendly and helpful.
Going in to my 3 month session I had a good idea what I was looking to gain from working with the Harvard branch. Pleased to say they knocked it out of the park with their exercises, instruction, and willingness to listen. The entire staff is friendly and John was fantastic as my therapist. As a likely future TKR patient, this will be the first place I reach out to for rehab.
Jeanna Clark is doing a great job bringing my elbow and shoulder back to full use and strength!
