Having had a very good experience in the past with Pt and all the staff at Connections, Harvard, with pre op and post op therapy, I returned recently and was referred to Dr Jaylynn, DPT. The excellence of Jaylynn’s treatment has helped significantly with chronic neck pain and inability to rotate the neck. She listened, help me relax so massage would be most beneficial while teaching exercises and explaining how they help. She is direct, patient and personable. Highly recommend.
Great experience so far. I am feeling much less pain and they are very easy to work with!
Mariah and Alex have been great. On time, prepared, professional, caring. Great teachers and communicators. I will return for any new issues and I recommend them without reservation.
