I have been going to Ruth for about 3 years now and I cannot say enough good things about her personally and her massages! Ruth is an amazing massage therapist and person. She has helped our family for years, we're glad we found her. While the deep tissue massages can be painful, it's a good pain and feeling afterwards is just amazing. She has fixed many of my body issues due to tight muscles and stiff joints. You walk out of her room feeling like a new person. I highly recommend an appointment with her.
I have seeing Ruth for years. In last 2 years she has been using Shockwave ECT on my lipedema deposits, and I have noticed significant improvement in the size and number of palpable nodules. The overlying skin also appears and feels smoother.

I am a lifter and prone to typical injuries that come with it. I see Ruth who is great at identifying where the tightness is in the muscles and does a great job at getting them to release. The shockwave therapy has greatly reduced the amount of time it takes to recover and helps get me back to my everyday life.
