The Connections Counsellign team have been incredible. Lyn and the team have been compassionate, understanding and patient with me and it's been incredibly beneficial. They've equipped me with a lot of tools to understand where I'm at and that I can use to navigate life. Thanks!
Giving thanks and praise to God for the work He is doing through Lyn Varty. The pause retreat at Rockingham was a well needed time for me to stop, listen and take stock of my own relationship with the Lord Jesus. Through Lyn's teachings we learn about the importance of self care, Solitude, Silence and Stillness and how Jesus models this to us as is read in the gospels. I thoroughly recommend these Pause Retreats for my sisters in Christ.
